Libra Tiara
Made entirely of sterling silver, this style works best as a circlet, worn at forehead level for a true Elven look. It grips the sides of the head gently when in place, or can be secured firmly with hairgrips, or even ribbon attached to the ends of the circlet and then tied at the back. A popular choice for Lord of the Rings fans!
